Lourela

The white grape variety originates from Portugal. Synonyms are Lourella, Lourello and Lourelo. According to DNA analyses carried out in 2020, it comes from a presumably natural cross between Hebén x Cainho da Terra. It is grown in small quantities in the Centro and Norte regions. In 2016, 0.3 hectares of vines were declared (Kym Anderson).
