The winery is located in the municipality of Giannitsa-Archontiko near the site of ancient Pella (birthplace of Alexander the Great) in the Goumenissa appellation in the Greek region of Macedonia. It was founded in 1985 by Thomas Ligas after his oenology studies in France. The white wine varieties Assyrtiko, Kydonitsa, Roditis and Sauvignon Blanc are processed, as well as the red wine varieties Xynomavro, Limniona (Limnio) and Merlot. The cultivation is carried out according to the rules of organic farming. Red, rosé and white wines Topikos Oinos (country wines) are produced.
