The "Bioweingut Laurentiushof" is located in the municipality of Bremm (Burg Cochem area) in the German Moselle wine-growing region. A roadside inn and a holiday flat are attached. The farm is run by Thomas Franzen-Martiny and Liz Martiny. The vineyards cover 4.5 hectares of vineyards in the single vineyard sites Calmont (Bremm) and Frauenberg (Neef). They are planted with the grape varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Elbling and Pinot Noir. The vineyards are cultivated according to the ecological guidelines of the organic association ECOVIN. The wines are vinified according to variety and site. They also produce bottle-fermented sparkling wines and noble brandies (yeast, marc). The winery is a member of the well-known international Slow Food association.
