The white grape variety is an interspecific new variety between Dattier de St. Vallier x Dekorativnyi(Severny x Saperavi). Synonyms are Lanca and Lanka Muszkatnaja. It contains genes of Vitis amurensis, Vitis berlandieri, Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera. The hybrid was crossed in 1967 by the breeder E. N. Dokuchaeva in Ukraine. The variety was a crossing partner in the new breeding Arolanka. It is used as a wine press and table grape. No stock was reported in 2010 (Kym Anderson).
