The "Winzerhof Landauer-Gisperg" is located in the municipality of Tattendorf in the wine-growing region of Thermenregion (Lower Austria). It is run by Franz and Johanna Landauer. Attached to it is a Heurigen farm. The vineyards comprise 17 hectares of vines, 7 hectares of elderberries from organically controlled cultivation, 2.5 hectares of currants and 0.5 hectares of raspberries. The red wine varieties Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Blauer Portugieser, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are cultivated, as well as the white wine varieties Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Neuburger, Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Gelber Muskateller and Traminer. The quality standard is based on low yields and strict grape selection. The top line is called "Best of Serie" and includes Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Zweigelt and "Neptun" (CS, Merlot, Zweigelt, St. Laurent) aged in barriques. Fruit wines and noble brandies are also produced. The winery is a member of the winegrowers' association Burgundermacher.
