The winery is located in the municipality of Deutsch-Schützen-Eisenberg in the Austrian wine-growing region of Eisenberg. The basis for the quality was created by the senior boss and winegrowing pioneer Hermann Krutzler. Today, Reinhold Krutzler is the fifth generation of the family to run the estate. The trained cellar master learnt under Willi Bründlmayer in Kamptal and gained international experience in France, Italy and South Africa. He is supported by his son Clemens, who contributes innovative ideas (e.g. a small barrel of Welschriesling was mash-fermented in 2020).
