The winery is located in the municipality of Illmitz in the Burgenland wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee (Austria). A guesthouse is attached. The winery is run by Walter and Katharina Kroiss, son Roland is responsible for the cellar. The vineyards cover 16 hectares, 60% of which are planted with the red wine varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon, and 40% with the white wine varieties Welschriesling, Weißburgunder, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muskat-Ottonel and Sämling 88. The vineyards are cultivated in a natural, environmentally friendly way. Great attention is paid to only fully ripe, healthy grapes. About 20% of the production are sweet wines, some of which are aged in barriques. Premium wines are the red wine cuvée "Trialog" (Cabernet Sauvignon, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch), Zweigelt Reserve and Chardonnay Trockenbeerenauslese. Fine brandies are also produced. A wine tavern is also run in Vienna-Sievering. Here, wines from the Chardonnay, Rheinriesling, Grüner Veltliner and Zweigelt varieties from the estate's own Viennese vineyards are served.
