The winery, which was run under the name "Domaschitz" until 2003, is located in the municipality of Neusetz (Hof bei Straden) in the Austrian wine-growing region Vulkanland Steiermark. As there have been repeated cases of confusion and confusion, the name was changed to Krispel. Attached are a Buschenschank and a guesthouse. It has been run by Anton Krispel since 1989, who took over his parents' property with 0.5 hectares of vineyards and expanded it to its current size. A new cellar with three levels was put into operation in 2001. The vineyards cover 12 hectares in the areas Königsberg, Pregucken, Rosenberg, Seindling and Strandl. They are 85% planted with the white varieties Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Morillon, Riesling, Muskateller, Traminer, Sämling 88 and Müller-Thurgau, the rest with the red varieties Blauburgunder, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Premium wines include the white wine cuvée Eruption (Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc), the red wine cuvée Magma (Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir) and Welschriesling Classic.
