The winery is located in the municipality of Bad Kreuznach-Bosenheim in the German wine-growing region of Nahe. Its origins date back to 1832, when the first Korrell established his business in Bosenheim. In the 1960s, Johann Wilhelm Korrell began bottling his own wine for the first time. With the takeover by Herbert Korrell at the end of the 1970s, professional self-marketing began. Since 2010, the winery has been run by Sebastian and Kathrin Korrell, the sixth generation of the family. At the beginning of 2014, they moved into a new estate house on the outskirts of Bosenheim. The vineyards cover ten hectares of vines in the single vineyard sites Paradies and Rosenberg (Bad Kreuznach).

There is a vast number of sources on the web where one can acquire knowledge about wine. But none has the scope, timeliness and accuracy of the information in the encyclopaedia at wein.plus. I use it regularly and rely on it.
