The red grape variety originates from Moldova. Synonyms are Black Loose Grape, Causanschii, Chernyi Redkii, Chorny Redki, Copceac, Copchak, Copciak, Kachouchanskii, Kaushanskii, Kopcak, Koptchak, Qara Nadir Uezuem, Rastrepa, Rastriopa, Rastryopa, Redkyi, Timofeevka and Tomifeevca. The ancestry (parentage) is unknown. It is used as a winepress and table grape. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
