Single vineyard site in the municipality of Wachenheim on the Wine Route (area Mittelhaardt-Deutsche Weinstrasse) in the German wine growing region of the Palatinate. The south-west-facing vineyards with a slope gradient of 5 to 15% comprise around 90 hectares of vineyards. The soil consists of weathered red sandstone, interspersed with clay, sand and limestone. Amongst others, the Riesling and Pinot Gris varieties are cultivated here. Shares of the site are held by Karst Ernst, Villa Wolf, Wachtenburg Winegrower and carpenter Emil.
