Kisljar

Alcohol-enhanced white wine from the area around the city of the same name in Dagestan in Russia. The amber-coloured wine is made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety and other indigenous varieties. It has a distinctive bouquet, up to 18% vol. alcohol content and is aged for three years before being sold.
