The winery is located in the municipality of Eichberg-Trautenburg (Leutschach) in the Austrian wine-growing region of southern Styria. A guest house is attached. The winery has been managed by Daniel Jaunegg since 2002. In 2004, a new winery was opened within sight of his parents' ancestral home. The vineyards cover eight hectares in the Knily and Schlossberg vineyards. They are planted with the white wine varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Gelber Muskateller, as well as with the red wine varieties Zweigelt and Blauer Wildbacher. The wines are produced in the lines "Klassik" (Styrian style - fresh, fruity, dry), and "Lagen"(terroir-emphasized wines) with long storage on the coarse le es. Only in special vintages are there wines with the designation "Muri" from the best harvest of a year. Depending on the type of wine, ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks, in large wooden bar rels or in barriques. Certain wines are also bottled in magnums. Noble brandies are also produced.
