Iara

The white grape variety (also IAC 74-1) is an interspecific new breeding between Seibel 10096(Plantet x Seibel 5163) x Syrah. It contains genes from Vitis berlandieri, Vitis labrusca, Vitis lincecumii, Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera. The hybrid was crossed in Brazil. It is used as table grape. No stock was recorded in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
