The winery is located in the municipality of Gottenheim (Tuniberg area) in the German wine-growing region of Baden. It is run by Kilian Hunn and his wife Martina. The vineyards cover 16 hectares, mostly in the single vineyard Gottenheimer Kirchberg. They are planted with the varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling. The vineyards are cultivated according to the guidelines of environmentally friendly viticulture. The red wines are matured in large oak barrels and partly also in barriques. The white wines are fermented slowly and cool in steel tanks. For the most part, they are all fermented through and matured dry. Sparkling wines and bottle-fermented sparkling wines are also produced. The winery is a member of the Vinissima and Tuniberger Weingüter winegrowers' associations.
