Hohnart

single vineyard in the municipality of Castell (Steigerwald area) in the German wine-growing region of Franconia. The vineyard, which is oriented from west to south with a slope of 5 to 25%, covers five hectares of vineyards on clay loam soil. Riesling and Silvaner are cultivated here. The vineyard is solely owned by the Fürstlich Castell'sches Domänenamt wine estate.
