Hohenbeilstein

The winery is located at Schloss Hohenbeilstein in the German wine-growing region of Württemberg. It was acquired in 1959 by Eberhard Dippon, who began organic farming as early as 1987. The farm was taken over by son Hartmann Dippon in 1991 after practical experience in France, New Zealand and California.
