The winery is located in the municipality of Eußenheim (Maindreieck area) in the German wine-growing region of Franconia. Werner Höfling began marketing the wines himself in 1988. A new cellar was put into operation in 2004. Since 2009, the winery has been managed by Klaus Höfling. The vineyards cover 14 hectares in the single vineyard sites First (Eußenheim), Stein (Stetten), Homburg (Gössenheim) and Kalbenstein (Gambach). They are planted with the white wine varieties Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Kerner, Gewürztraminer, Scheurebe, Solaris and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as with the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, Domina, Frühburgunder and Regent. The individual plots are cultivated individually in a sustainable manner.
