Single location in the municipality of Michelfeld (Kraichgau area) in the German Baden
growing region. The vineyards are mainly south-south-east and partly south-west facing and are situated at an altitude of 160 to 240 metres above sea level with a slope of 20 to 30%. They comprise 19 hectares of vineyards. The soils consist of deep loess with high lime content. The vineyard is interspersed with hedges on the slopes. The varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Auxerrois are cultivated here. The vineyard is solely owned by the Reichsgraf and Marquis zu Hoensbroech
winery. There is another single vineyard called Himmelberg in the community of Leinach/Oberleinach (Franconia).
