The winery is located in the municipality of Odernheim am Glan in the German wine-growing region of Nahe. A wine tavern and a gift shop are attached. The vineyards cover seven hectares of vines in the single vineyard sites Heßweg and Kloster Disibodenberg (Odernheim). They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Bacchus and Ehrenfelser, as well as the red wine varieties Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. The vineyards are cultivated according to the guidelines of Controlled Environmentally Friendly Viticulture. In summer, appropriate measures are taken to reduce yields in order to increase quality. Only ripe and healthy grapes are gently processed through selective hand-picking. The wines are produced in the quality levels estate wines, site wines and branded wines. To preserve the natural aromas, a cool fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 16° Celsius. The wines mature for several months on the fine lees. In years with suitable weather conditions, ice wine is also vinified. The winery is a member of the Generation Riesling winegrowers' association.
