The cultivation is carried out according to the rules of organic viticulture

. All wines are fermented spontaneously
. Wine treatment agents are only used to a minimal extent. Premium wines include Grüner Veltliner "le Meilleur" (only in vintages with particularly high maturity and quality) and a red wine cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A speciality is "Grüsecco", a sparkling wine from Grüner Veltliner.
