Green Silvaner

The white grape variety originates from Austria. Over a hundred synonyms attest to its great age. Despite seemingly suggestive synonyms or morphological similarities, it must not be confused with the varieties Elbling (Weißer Silvaner), Österreichisch-Weiß or Sauvignon Blanc (Muskat-Silvaner).
