The winery is located in the municipality of Kürnbach (Kraichgau area) in the German wine-growing region of Baden. It was founded in 1999 by Helmut and Hannelore Grahm as a sideline business. Since 2010, the business has been run full-time by son Jochen Grahm. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vineyards in the Altenberg (Heidelsheim) and Lerchenberg (Kürnbach) vineyards in the Baden wine-growing region and Kupferhalde (Oberderdingen) in the Württemberg wine-growing region. They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Traminer, Muscat, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe and Auxerrois, as well as with the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Black Riesling and Lemberger.
