There are at least three grape varieties with this designation:
The white grape variety (also Kecskemét 15) is a new variety between Ezerjó x Piros Tramini(Gewürztraminer). It was cross-bred in Hungary in 1951 by the breeder Bíró Károly. After a long testing period it was finally released only in 2004. The late-ripening, high-yielding vine with hard-shelled, pink berries is resistant to fungi, frost and drought. It produces acidic, spicy white wines. The variety is cultivated almost exclusively in the Kunság area (98 ha), and in small quantities also Csongrád and Hajós-Baja. In 2016, a total of 325 hectares of vineyard area were declared in Hungary with a strong upward trend (statistics Kym Anderson).
For my many years of work as an editor with a wine and culinary focus, I always like to inform myself about special questions at Wine lexicon. Spontaneous reading and following links often leads to exciting discoveries in the wide world of wine.
