The winery is located in the municipality of Feldthurns in the Eisack Valley in the Italian wine-growing region of South Tyrol (Trentino-South Tyrol). The former grape supplier has been producing and marketing its own grapes since the 2003 vintage. The farm is run by Christian and Veronika Kerschbaumer, who are supported by their parents. The vineyards cover 4.2 hectares of vineyard area. Only grapes from our own production are used, 92% of which are the white wine varieties Sylvaner, Grüner Veltliner, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Grigio and Gewürztraminer, and 8% of which are the red wine variety Pinot Nero. Since the year 1999, organic/ecological cultivation has been carried out according to the rules of Bioland. The wines are fermented spontaneously and aged mainly in large wooden barrels made of acacia and oak wood. The product range includes, among others, various wines from the DOC areas Eisacktaler (Valle Isarco) and South Tyrolean. About 30,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. The winery is also a member of Freie Weinbauern Südtirol.
