Single vineyard site in the municipality of Forst (area Mittelhaardt-Deutsche Weinstraße) in the German wine-growing region Pfalz. In the Bavarian vineyard site classification of 1828, this was designated as a Palatinate prime site. The south-facing vineyard at an altitude of 120 to 130 metres above sea level with a slope gradient of 5 to 10% comprises 3.5 hectares of vineyards. The soil consists of bunter sandstone rubble with clay particles on a limestone plate. Here mainly the Riesling is cultivated. Shares in the vineyard are owned by the Bassermann-Jordan, Mosbacher Georg, Reichsrat von Buhl and Spindler Heinrich.
