They are 90% planted with the white wine varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Sämling 88 (Scheurebe), Müller-Thurgau, Gelber Muskateller, Morillon(Chardonnay), Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) and Traminer, and 10% with the red wine varieties Blauer Wildbacher, Zweigelt and Merlot. The quality criteria in the vineyard are sensitive foliage care by hand, yield reduction and selective hand-picking.
