Various wine faults, which are expressed in the wine by unnatural colour and cloudiness, as well as unpleasant taste and smell. The causes are increased concentration of metals and rotten grape material in connection with oxidation processes. Depending on the colour, one speaks of brown, grey, black or white breakage.
