The winery is located in the municipality of Mezzolombardo in the Trentino area in the dual region of Trentino-South Tyrol. The winery was founded in 1901. Today it is owned by Elisabeta Foradori, as well as Emilio and Theo Zierock. The vineyards cover 25 hectares of own vineyards, from another 4 hectares grapes are bought. The white wine varieties Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris), Manzoni Bianco and Nosiola, as well as the red wine variety Teroldego are processed. Since 2009, biodynamic viticulture has been practised according to the certified rules of the two associations DEMETER and ICEA. The product range includes various IGT wines from Delle Dolomiti. The wines from the individual vineyards Morei, Sgarzon and Fontanasanta are vinified in tinajas (Spanish clay amphorae). The premium wines include "Granato" (Teroldego from old stocks, 18 months in large wooden barrels) and Nosiola Fontanasanta (8 months maceration in tinaja). Around 150,000 bottles of wine are produced annually, 70% of which are exported to Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Japan and the USA. The winery is a member of the biodynamic association "La Renaissance des Appellations".
