single vineyard in the municipality of Lösnich (Bernkastel area) in the German Moselle wine-growing region. The south-west facing vineyard with a slope of 15 to 60% covers almost ten hectares of vines on stony, weathered clay-slate soil. The main grape variety cultivated here is Riesling. The wineries Dr Hermann, Dr Loosen, Gebrüder Simon, Kiebel Benedikt and Lotz Klaus, for example, have shares in the site.
