The winery is located in the municipality of Utiel in the Spanish DO area of Utiel-Requena in the Spanish region of Valenciana. In 1972, the "Finca El Terrerazo" was acquired by the Sarrión family of builders, but for decades it was exclusively used for agriculture and cattle breeding.
