The "Meisterbetrieb Fabianek" is located in the municipality of Roseldorf near the wine town of Retz in the northwest of the Lower Austrian wine growing region Weinviertel. Since 2004 it has been run by the fourth generation of the family, the winegrowing and cellar master Ing. Daniela Riegler (née Fabianek). The vineyards cover six hectares of vineyards, which are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Rheinriesling, Welschriesling and Chardonnay, as well as the red wine varieties Zweigelt, St. Laurent, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard is cultivated close to nature. Premium wines include the white wines Weinviertel DAC Ried Bergweingarten (Grüner Veltliner), Grüner Veltliner Classic and the cuvée "Schmetterling" (Rheinriesling, Welschriesling), as well as the red wines Zweigelt and the cuvée "Michell" (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zweigelt). Grape juice, sparkling wine, red wine liqueur and noble distillates (marc, grape, wine, fruit) are also produced. The winery is a member of the winegrowers' association Weingüter Retzer Land.
