extract sweet

Description (also oil-sweet) for a wine in the context of a wine evaluation or wine address. This is characterised by a slightly sweet taste, although the wine is completely fermented or dry and has a low residual sugar content. The reason for this is a high content of glycerine. See also under total extract.
