The traditional winery is located in the free town of Rust in Burgenland (Austria). The traditional winery has been in the family since 1642 and is now run by Johannes and Elfriede Holler. The "Elfenhof-Schenke" wine tavern is attached. The vineyards cover 30 hectares on the western shore of Lake Neusiedl. They are planted with the red wine varieties Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir, St. Laur ent, Zweigelt, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Traminer, Müller-Thurgau and Muskat-Ottonel. In addition, there are long-term supply contracts with Rust winegrowers.
