The winery is located in the municipality of Langenlois in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of Kamptal. It has been run by the fifth generation of the family since 1859. Since 1990, Ludwig Ehn jr. has been responsible for the cellar management (enology). The siblings Ludwig and Michaela Ehn took over and took over the management in 1996. Natural viticulture is practised. The vineyards cover 15 hectares in the Panzaun, Fraupoint, Harein, Heiligenstein, Kogelberg, Loiserberg, Oberer Panzaun, Seeberg and Thal vineyards. They are 95% planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner (main variety with 7 ha), Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Muskat-Ottonel, Rivaner (Müller-Thurgau) and Gelber Muskateller, the rest with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blauer Portugieser, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are cultivated close to nature. The wines are vinified fresh and fruity with varietal typicity. The premium wines include various Grüner Veltliners and Rieslings Kamptal DAC, Gelber Muskateller Panzaun and the red wine cuvée Tizian (Cabernet Sauvignon, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir). Around 70,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. The winery is a member of the winegrowers' associations 11 Women & Their W ines and Traditional Wine Estates Austria.
