Producer description of "Christian und Brigitte Edelmann"

The winery is located in the municipality of Göttlesbrunn in the Carnuntum wine-growing region of Lower Austria. It has been family-owned since 1659. A wine tavern is attached. Today, the traditional winery is run by Christian and Brigitte Edelmann, who are supported by their parents Anton and Henriette

Vineyards & grape varieties

The vineyards cover nine hectares of vines, 50% of which are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Welschriesling and Gelber Muskateller, and 50% with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blauburger, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The vineyards are cultivated in an environmentally friendly manner.
