The winery "Edelberg - Willi Ebert & Sohn" is located in the municipality of Weiler near Monzingen in the German wine-growing region of Nahe. The family business was taken over by Willi and Christa in 1978. EWine estate bar is attached. The sons Peter and Michael are responsible for the vinification. The vineyards cover 9.5 hectares of vineyards in the single vineyards Altenberg, Edelberg and Rheingrafenberg (Meddersheim), as well as Heiligenberg and Herrenzehntel (Weiler). They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling (two thirds of the area), Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau and Kerner, as well as with the red wine varieties Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. Bottle-fermented sparkling wine is also produced. The winery is a member of the Generation Riesling association.
