Edelbeerenauslese

Wine quality designation, which can sometimes be found on the labels of Romanian or Hungarian wines, for example. This corresponds approximately to a Auslese or Beerenauslese. In Germany and Austria it was also common in the past, there are still wines from the 1950s and 1960s with this designation on the bottle label. Today, however, the term is no longer permitted under wine law.
