Dürrau

Reed or location in the municipality of Horitschon in the DAC area of Central Burgenland (Austria). On heavy, deep loess and loamy soils with some gravel, the red wine variety Blaufränkisch cultivated. Shares in the vineyard are held, for example, by the vineyards Iby Anton, Iby-Lehrner, Kerschbaum Maria, Kerschbaum Paul, Lehrner Paul and Weninger Franz, as well as members of the winegrowers' cooperative Vereinte Winzer Blaufränkischland.
