Dubois Fils

The winery in the municipality of Epesses in the Swiss canton of Vaud was founded in 1927 by Oscar Dubois. Today it is run by Gaston Dubois and his son Jean-Daniel. The vineyards with ten hectares of vines are mainly spread over the two domains Tour de Marsens and Les Coteaux du Partage. They are 80% planted with Chasselas, the rest with Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Charmont, Riesling-Sylvaner (Müller-Thurgau) and Sauvignon Blanc. The premium wines of the house are the white wines "Dézaley Marsens" and "La Demoiselle" (Chasselas) made from Chasselas. Around 120,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. Another branch of the family runs the Les Frères Dubois winery.
