Donaris

The white grape variety is a new breed between Bicane x Muscat d'Hamburg. It was crossed in Romania in 1985 by the breeders Gr. Gorodea, I. Boian, and Z. Luminare. The vine produces white wines with a muscat. In 2016, one hectare of vineyard area was designated (statistics Kym Anderson).
