Producer description of "Domenico Clerico"
The winery is located in the municipality of Manzoni-Monforte d'Alba (province of Cuneo) in the Italian region of Piedmont. The owner Domenico Clerico is considered a pioneer and spiritus rector in the Langhe region. The vineyards cover 21 hectares. Among the premium wines are Barbera d'Alba "Trevigne", the three Barolo "Ciabot Mentin Ginestra", "Pecristina" (90% Barolo, 10% Barbera) and "Pajana", as well as the two Langhe "Dolcetto Visadi" and "Rosso Arte". About 95,000 bottles of wine are produced annually.
