The winery is located in the commune of Courthézon in the southern Rhône valley. It is owned by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet and their son Eric Bonnet. The vineyards in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape area cover 10.5 hectares of vines. The standard Châteauneuf-du-Pape is blended from 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsaut and matures for 18 to 24 months in steel tanks. A white Châteauneuf-du-Pape is also produced. Châteauneuf-du-Pape Secrets de Pignan is made from 100% ancient Grenache Noir vines, planted as early as 1920. It also sees no wood and matures in steel tanks. Only 3,600 bottles are produced annually. Furthermore, two red wines Côtes du Rhône are produced from six hectares of vineyards. The first is blended from the same varieties as the standard CdP, the Jules Rochebonne version is made from 75% Syrah and 25% Grenache. Finally, five hectares of vineyards produce a Côtes du Rhône-Villages of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
