The winery is located in the municipality of Faugères in the French wine-growing region of Languedoc. It was founded in 2007 by Brigitte Chevalier. The vineyards cover 11 hectares at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level. They are planted with the red wine varieties Carignan Noir(Mazuelo), Grenache Noir(Garnacha Tinta), Mourvèdre(Monastrell) and Syrah. Some of these are very old (Carignan Noir over 100 years), deeply rooted vines. They are cultivated according to the rules of organic viticulture. Through appropriate measures the yields are extremely reduced to 15 to 20 hl/ha. The product range includes an IGP wine Pays d'Oc and three different AOP wines Faugères. They are aged in steel tanks or in 500-litre wooden barrels.
