Dobrá Vinice

The winery is located in Znojmo (Znojmo) in the Czech Republic. It is managed by Peter Nejedlik. The vineyards cover 15 hectares in the Podyjí National Park. They are planted with the white wine varieties Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Gewürztraminer, Müller-Thurgau and Muscat Blanc, as well as Pinot Noir. They are cultivated according to the rules of Biodynamic viticulture. This includes greening with nettles and horsetail as well as fertilization with organic manure (horse and cow dung). The grapes, which are reduced differently for each type of wine (maximum 45 to 35 hl/ha), are harvested by hand. The product range includes the lines Premium Wine, Pinot Noir and Natural Wine(Orange Wine). The wines are fermented spontaneously with the vineyard's own yeasts in long maceration. The addition of sulphur and other additives is largely avoided. The wines mature for a long time in new barriques or in Georgian 1,000 litre Kevris (clay pots). They are bottled without filtration.
