The winery is managed by Karl Diwald senior. After internships in South Africa, the Californian Napa Valley and well-known Austrian companies, Karl Diwald junior is responsible for the vinification. The vineyards comprise 9.5 hectares of vineyards in the areas of Diebsnest, Eisenhut, Goldberg, Hinternberg and Wadenthal. In addition, a bottle-fermented sparkling wine (Riesling, Chardonnay), grape juice and, in years with suitable weather, ice wine are also produced.
