The winery is located in the municipality of Sierndorf an der March, east of Poysdorf in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of Weinviertel. A Heuriger in an old arcaded courtyard in the municipality of Niederabsdorf is attached. The family business is run by Georg and Hildegard Dietzl. The vineyards in the Altgebirge (Sierndorf) and Alte Ried (Niederabsdorf) vineyards are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Riesling, Chardonnay and Muskat-Ottonel, as well as with the red wine varieties Zweigelt and Blauburger. Quality criteria are strict quantity limitation, gentle processing of the grapes and vinification according to the latest findings. The white wines are exclusively matured in steel tanks, the red wines in large wooden barrels or in barriques. In years with suitable weather conditions, Trockenbeerenauslese and ice wines are also vinified. Guided tours of the vineyard and wine seminars are also offered.
