The winery is located in the community of Spitz an der Donau am Zornberg in the Lower Austrian wine growing region of Wachau. It was first mentioned in documents as early as the 12th century and has been in the family's possession since 1833. Attached is the Buschenschank "Altes Presshaus" with a 300 year old tree press. The business is managed by Sighardt Donabaum.
