Single location in the municipality of Piesport (Bernkastel area) in the German Moselle growing region. In the Prussian classification of sites in 1868 it was one of the highest classified sites on the Moselle. The south-facing vineyard at an altitude of 150 to 200 metres above sea level with a slope gradient of 50 to 60% comprises only 0.1 hectares (10 ares) of vines on deep Devonian slate soil with a very high proportion of clay and enemies. This is the smallest single vineyard in Germany. Only the Riesling variety is cultivated here. The site is solely owned by the Haart Reinhold Winery.
