Appellation in the Jura wine-growing region, which was only created in 1995. It applies to Crémants (sparkling wine produced in white or rosé according to the Champagne method). Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Savagnin are authorised. The grapes must come from the appellations Arbois, Château-Chalon, Côtes du Jura or L'Etoile. Well-known producers are Daniel et Pascal Chalandard, Domaine Geneletti, Claude Rousselot-Pailley and Jacques Tissot.
